Shiraz: People clash with municipality agents who had come for destruction of buildings

Agents of the city hall in region 5 of Shiraz, southern Iran, brought down an old building belonged to a poverty stricken worker using heavy machinery. The owner of the house and other workers who were at the site tried to prevent the agents from destroying the house saying that is the only place this man and his family have to live in, but the demolition guys didn’t pay any attention and proceeded with the destruction.
Mullah’s suppressive agents used pepper spray and batons to disperse the crowd which resulted in the injury of a number of residents.

Iran: Sharif Industrial University students protest

Students at Sharif Industrial University protested against low quality foods on Thursday Dec. 11th. They emptied their food trays of on the ground to express their dissatisfaction to Mullahs regime authorities. These students had previously protested against low quality food, but this time they refrained to use the food in a collective protest.

Protest gathering of lawyers in front of Evin prison and Iran Bar Association

Hundreds of people, including lawyers and sympathizers of Mohammd Ali Taheri; a political prisoner gathered in front of the notorious Evin prison and outside Iran Bar Association to demand his freedom.
The protest gathering was in reaction to Mohammd Ali Taheri’s worsening of health situation due to hunger strike

One of protesters said: 'number of people who took part in this gathering was in hundreds and the protesters held photos of Mohammd Ali Taheri and signs demanding his freedom. Some people shouted: 'Discriminatory laws must be repealed' and 'freedom of thought is our inalienable right'.
This protest gathering was held while formal and plain clothes security agents were present and were filming and taking pictures of the demonstrators.  

Iranian Security Guards clash with mourning assemblies during ’Arbaein’

Mourning assemblies and congregations on ’Arbaein’, the end of a 40-day mourning period following the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, the third Imam in the Shi’ite religion, clashed with a group of Iran’s security and plain clothes agents which tried to interrupt a food distribution. It happened about noon time Saturday at the Piroozi Ave. in Tehran. Finally the people manage to push back the security and plain clothes agents of the intelligence ministry from the area of congregation despite a vicious attack by the security forces with battons against the people which also led to some injuries.
