Iran: Refusing medical treatment for Shahram Poor-Mansouri

                   

Political prisoner Shahram Poor-Mansouri was returned back to Gohardasht prison without receiving medical treatment for his heart problem. 
Shahram had a cardiac arrest a night before and was transferred to a hospital outside the prison. The guards forced him to wear shackles and hand cuffs while on hospital bed. But Mr. Poor-Mansouri refused this degrading and humiliating condition. So he was removed from the hospital bed and brought back to the prison without receiving any treatment. 
The doctor in charge of the hospital had proscribed further tests and Echo-graphic to study and examine his condition, but the criminal prison authorities did not allow him to stay and brought him to Gohradasht back anyway.  
According to reports from inside the prison, Shahram Poor-Mansouri’s heart problems have started since Bahraini, the chief interrogator in Gohardasht begun torturing him physically and psychologically.
