Ali Salanpoor, a political prisoner in Gohar-dasht Prison in Karaj, west of Tehran was transferred on Wednesday Dec. 24th to a hospital, north of Tehran to be visited checked by a qualified surgeon. But in a move to further torture and torment this ill political prisoner, the prison henchmen returned him back to Ward No. 12 of the prison before anything can be done for him.
Ali Salanpoor was arrested on Dec. 19th 2010, and was accused of acting against national security by being a sympathizer of the MEK. He was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment just for supporting the PMOI/MEK.
