A memorial ceremony was held in Tehran main cemetery, Behesht-e Zahra on Friday December 26th to remember Mostafa Karim-Baigi, an activist who was killed during a shooting at the peaceful protesters in Tehran by the Suppressive Security Guards. His family, friends and some ex-political prisoners attended this ceremony laying flowers at his gravesite. A number of women who also had lost sons or daughters during the 2009 uprisings participated at the ceremony. The security forces constantly threatened the family to finish up the ceremony and leave the area fast, but the family ignored their intimidation and continued with their ceremony.
