On Wednesday, June 24 most of the CNG stations in Sanandaj, western Iran, protested the increasing price of gas and went on strike. Prior to this, drivers of such vehicles protested the sudden increase in the price of these gasses and gone on strike.

Southwestern city residents protest water shortage
A large of number of residents from the southwestern city of Mehran in Iran staged a protest on Wednesday, June 24 protesting water shortages and water being cut-off for a week.
The protesters demanded this problem to be resolved during the summer heat and holy month of Ramadan when people are fasting.
