Iran: Growing number of women beggar in Tehran, thanks to the mullahs

Due to poverty, women beggars are seen all over Tehran

To the shame of the mullahs ruling Iran, a major social problem has been an increasing number of female beggars with their children with no birth certificates on the streets of the capital as well as other cities.
“Alongside migrants in Tehran there are individuals that most of whom are women living on the streets. In such circumstances these women become mothers, because having a child is necessary to beg, even if the child is merely for rent!” said Majeed Abhari.
“In the past two decades these such individuals would go to people’s homes. These days, however, they are seen in intersections, squares and crowded areas,” he added.
Abhari referred to the fact that most of these children have no birth certificates and said, “There is no method to prove whose children they are.”
