Iran: hijab, virtue to be implemented for young teenage girls

Tehran mayor Ali Mohammad Nabini oversaw the 58th Commission on Hijab and Virtue in the Iranian capital city of Tehran .
“Plans for hijab in schools are being implemented in parts of the country’s capital”, state-run sources reported citing this individual.
Mehdi Peerhadi, deputy of social and cultural in Tehran’s 3rd district, presented his report of spreading hijab in 20 different cities.
“The first phase of this plan was launched back in December, and the second and third phases began in January and February with the intention of providing training, including lessons in different branches, advisory, questions and answers with adolescents,” he said.
Peerhadi referred to the special plan for girls between the ages of 8 to 18 that has been implemented in a section of Tehran.
