Statistics show the rate of suicide among young women in Iran has increased

Suicide in Iran

Another Reyhaneh, but this one only 12 years old from the town of Naghade, western Iran committed suicide on Sunday, January 24th, putting an end to her very innocent and young life.
“Right now the situation is so bad that a 12-year-old girl becomes depressed and commits suicide. We are talking about a village girl,” a citizen of this village said.
It is worth noting that an 11-year-old boy committed suicide last month in the town of Ashnawiye.
The inhumane mullahs’ regime ruling Iran has remained silent in this regard and its officials and media outlets keep a lid on such events. These catastrophes are the immediate result of the regime’s pressure on people’s living conditions.
The state-run Arman daily reported 13 high school students had committed suicide in the past few months alone.
“These numbers show that from March to December 2013 more than 11 people committed suicide on a daily basis. According to these statistics published by the Legal Medicine Organization of Iran from March to December 2015 more than 3,125 people had committed suicide in Iran under the mullahs’ rule.
