Naghel Daldel, a Sunni Iranian from the city of Boukan, who has been behind bars in ward 209 of Evin Prison was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment.
His trial was held without the presence of a lawyer and he is still being kept in Ward 209despite the fact that he has been arrested and kept behind bars for 15 months.
He was been charged with “continuing propaganda and religious activities”.
